From plans to a reviewable bid
Portravo is construction estimating software for contractors preparing bids and checking material costs. It brings plan extraction, quantities, rate cards, and quote review into a workflow where the estimator can inspect and adjust the result.
The purpose is to reduce repeated transcription while keeping the decisions with the person responsible for the estimate. Local pricing, site conditions, waste, labor, and the actual scope still need your judgment.
Make assumptions visible
Review extracted quantities against the drawings, confirm units and specifications, and check the rates you apply. A missing item or an incorrect plan interpretation can change a bid. AI-assisted extraction does not replace a complete takeoff review or a contractor’s professional judgment.
