Privacy policy

The short version: your plans are yours, we use your data to make your estimates and nothing else, and we do not sell contact information. Details below. Questions to hello@portravo.com.
1. What we collect
Your account details (name, email, company, trade, metro), the plan and quote files you upload, the estimates and rate cards you build, and basic usage data so we can see what is broken. Billing runs through Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
2. What we use it for
Producing your estimates and quote audits, running and improving the service, transactional email (receipts, audit results, estimate notifications), and support. That is the list.
3. What we never do
We do not sell or resell your contact information. We do not run ads. We do not use your plans or estimates as marketing material, and we do not share them with other customers.
4. AI processing
Plan extraction runs through a third-party AI provider under confidentiality terms. Your documents are processed to produce your takeoff and are not used to train their models or ours.
5. Service providers
We use a short list of processors to run the product: Stripe for billing, Vercel for hosting and file storage, an AI provider for plan extraction, and an email provider for transactional messages. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job.
6. Retention and deletion
Delete a project and its files are deleted with it. Delete your account and we remove your data within 30 days, keeping only what the law requires us to keep, such as billing records.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production data is limited to the people who operate the service. If we ever have a breach that affects you, we will tell you promptly.
8. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we honor the same requests from everyone else. Email us and we will handle it; no forms, no runaround.
9. Changes and contact
