One takeoff is one trade on one project, for example the electrical for one house. A whole-job takeoff, every trade we support, is $149 pay as you go (not 3 x $75) or 3 takeoffs from a plan.
Unused plan takeoffs roll over one month. Rolled-over takeoffs are used first, so they do not go to waste.
Need more in a month? Extra takeoffs are billed at your plan's extra rate on your next invoice, up to as many as your plan includes. Takeoffs you buy at $75 never expire.
Cancel anytime in the billing portal. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
Electrical, framing, HVAC, plumbing and landscape takeoffs are available now. Painting, concrete, roofing and drywall are done by our team, usually within 1 business day, or refunded in full. Lines we are less sure of are flagged for you to check.
