Construction plans to reviewed estimates
Connect Portravo from your assistant and sign in to your existing account. Review the requested permissions before allowing the connection.
- Find an existing project or create one with its address and regional pricing market.
- Select a construction plan PDF of up to 25 MiB. The connection privately attaches the first plan to a new project.
- Confirm use of an existing estimate credit before running the takeoff. Failed provider runs refund the reserved credit; retrying the same request does not charge twice.
- Read extracted quantities and open the project in Portravo to review each line, assembly mapping and price.
- Download the Excel workbook after the estimate is reviewed and priced. Download links expire after five minutes.
The connection protects existing plans and estimator review work. Replacements, quantity edits, mapping, pricing and reruns happen in Portravo.
Developers: the Streamable HTTP endpoint is https://portravo.com/mcp. It supports OAuth account linking with S256 PKCE and public client registration. The resource is https://portravo.com/mcp; issuer metadata is at /.well-known/oauth-authorization-server/api/auth. Required permissions are listed on each tool.
